A pack is 100 balloons of the same design. You may mix in pack quantities (i.e. - 1 pack of
2184SY and 4 packs of 2198VP will get the 5 pack pricing) but you may not divide a single
pack to get the pack pricing (i.e. - 50 balloons of one design and 50 balloons of another design
does not qualify as a pack). Any orders of less than 1 pack will be priced at $.35 each.
