We love this EWYL DVD. Many of our girls have asked for this type of information as we were developing their lesson plan in the EWYL program. Now we can offer this current information to help prepare them for their own labor and delivery experience. It has helped to boost their confidence in decision making and lessen anxiety about the unknown.

Although centered mostly around natural (without drugs) childbirth, it presents the whole labor process in a very peaceful and attainable method for a better birth experience. Interviews with mothers after their birth are helpful and significant that one mother chose different methods and gives a comparative. There is some mention of pain relief drugs so the video is not one-sided but a good resource for all mothers before birth.
